I don’t know if you have noticed, but it is really hard to describe why you do or don’t like something…but I really like this house. Maybe its because of this homes iconic Old Town Bungalow style, or maybe its how well the interior of the home is laid out. It seems like there is just the right amount of space in the rooms that matter. The kitchen is large enough for two home cooks and has been tastefully updated in the last few years. The kitchen and living room flow together really well and its really easy to see how the house would be perfect for your holiday parties and family gatherings.
Perhaps what I love most is that I can see Karina and I sitting on the front porch sipping our early morning coffee and chatting about our day before we walk our dog down 3 blocks to City Park.
At $364,900.00 this home is priced fairly well considering it has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a nice office space, has an updated kitchen and is located about 3 blocks from City Park.
