When Karina and I bought our first home we got some common advice that you needed 20% down to buy a home. Turns out thats not actually true. In some instances you don’t have to put anything down, but in most cases you will see 5%, 10%. We ended up putting 10% down and I sort of wish we had put down 5%. In this video I talk about finding the right downpayment for you! If your thinking about buying a home in the next year or so your first step is to talk with a lender.
