Hey Guys the Noco home report is here! watch the video, but here is the one big idea. I think we all need to sit and reflect on our homes for a bit. If your house isn’t going to fit your lifestyle 3-5 years from now, now is probably gong to be the least expensive time to upgrade until the market dips again! Why is this? The reasons are two fold. First of all, our market is appreciating quickly, and with supply and demand continuing to be an issue, and the national economy improving it’s likely to continue to be a problem in our region. Secondly, the Fed has indicated interest rates are going up! This means you will be paying more per month for the same house because the interest rates will be higher and the prices will be higher. Just some food for thought on your Wednesday!
