Ya’ll know I love the stats but I thought I’d chill out on the nerd stuff this month and tell you what I’m noticing in the market.

1. Overpriced homes are sitting on the market and having to do price reductions.

2. If you like a home OFFER FAST….Buyers are having success writing same day offers with short acceptance deadlines.

3. Sellers should know It may take more than 5 minutes to sell your home…If it’s priced and marketed right, it will still sell quickly!

4. Inspections are back in contracts! This is good for everyone in my opinion. 

5. Contingent sales are getting accepted By Sellers!!!! 
(In case you forgot – Contingent sale means, “Hey Seller, I’ll buy your house, but I’ve got to sell my home first.” )

There’s so many of you who have expressed your desire for a particular home or neighborhood, but the market has been too hot to even consider taking the jump. Welp…contingent offers are working again, so feel free to chase down those dreams…I’d love to part of helping you get to wherever you want to go.
