- Appreciated? Basically flat. Fort Collins saw just a 0.63% year-over-year increase.
- Buyer vs. Seller Market? Balanced. Neither side has a big upper hand right now. A welcome change in my opinion!
- Sales Price vs. List Price? Down slightly. Sellers are getting roughly 98% of their list price… at least that’s the median.
